It was a BRIGHT sunny day on the Saturday of Sandy and Chris's wedding in Stanley Idaho- and HOT! But who doesn't love a little Redish Lake on a hot summer day like this one? The day started off in the beautiful cabin that Sandy and her bridemaids were getting ready in- our bride most definitely had a full entourage. These ladies were taking carde of her every need, she even had a bridesmaid who is a hairdresser- so hair on site! From lacing up her beautiful gown to making sure that she was stocked with whiskey when the nerve of the day would catch up! We then went to Sandy and Chris's first look of the day- how much do you love his expression when he can hear her sneaking up?
The ceremony was on the lake's beach with the amazing Sawtooth Mountains in the background scenery. A nice, cool breeze broke up the hot day as our beautiful bride walked with her father across the thrown petals on the ground as Nora Jones: "Come Away With Me" was sung. It was a beautiful ceremony surrounded by the tall trees.
The reception started off with a cocktail hour and delicious-looking appetizers provided by Redfish Lake Lodge's catering, wine, and laughter. All of the kids (and adult kids) were blowing the bubbles that were set out for them on the tables. If I have to say one thing about this day it is: "These people know how to PARTY!" What more could you want than good friends, lots of whiskey, tuxedo T-shirts, rockin tunes, the great outdoors and the Silver Fox?
Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. Wing!!! Thank you so much to you both for allowing us to share your special day.
