Gatsby inspired wedding shoot // part 1- A Ceremony Look

Imagine an alternate universe where Mr. Gatsby in fact wins the heart of his love and they live happily ever after... now imagine a modern day version of their glorious wedding with an art deco flare, old fashioned styling, the most beautiful bouquet you've ever seen, and a gorgeous gown. We hope you enjoy part 1 of this lovely session inspired by the movie and novel The Great Gatsby.

When Will with Flowers at Will showed up with this bouquet I literally lost my breath for a second. The stunning arrangement of gorgeous fresh florals with huge pheasant feathers not only screams BIG ROARING TWENTIES-- but also screams Will and that's why we love it so much! Check out the flawless hair and makeup on our lovely bride-- the classic makeup done by Gabby from Bobbi Brown is Daisy inspired and fits our models personality to a tee, and have you ever seen such perfect finger waves by Kelsey Pence?! Everyone really pulled out all the stops for this shoot and we love all of our vendors so much! The wedding gown is an Allure Bridal gown from B.B. Bridal -- styled with a cathedral length veil with lace edging, we were able to nail down the vintage look with a little sex appeal in the deep v back... absolutely stunning. We parked a fabulous 1929 Ford Model A in front of a gorgeous home (that is available to purchase!) in Spurwing subdivision and shot away into the evening. We had so much fun and our lovely models did such a great job... I mean, look at this chemistry! Who knew they were complete strangers? That's pro status if you ask me. Enjoy.

We had so many shots we needed to split it up into two separate features. To follow is the luxurious reception complete with a gold evening/reception gown, the perfect historical art deco venue, a blingy cake and table settings dripping in gold.
