Last weekend was the wedding of Jessica and Christopher Christofi at the beautiful Ste. Chapelle Winery in Caldwell Idaho. The last time we shot at this venue, it was bare from winter weather- and now is is lush and green- like a whole new place. The decor in eggplant and pale yellow, they didn’t miss a step! Every little detail was thought out in the most special way. Jessica rode in like a princess on a horse-drawn carriage provided by Wilcox Horse & Buggy and rides were given to the guests during the reception. The tables were covered in thoughtful gifts from Jessica and Chris, from the paper fortune-tellers that had “Chris and Jess Trivia”, to little tiny personalized jars of huckleberry jam for the guests to take home. The flowers by Southside Floral were gorgeous with the aroma of lavender detail. Everything was just so personal, and for a fairly large wedding- they made it so intimate and personal. Jessica and Chris have been such a pleasure to shoot, they are so natural and obviously adore each other. Christopher is from Cyprus, Greece and had some family members that were able to travel here for the wedding and many details had a bit of a “Greek touch”! From Jessica’s amazing Greek-inspired dress, the amazing food catered by my favorite restaurant-Brick 29 in Nampa, to the traditional Greek dancing that was taught to the guests. Thank you so much to Jessica and Chris for letting us share your fairy-tale wedding with you, we wish you both the very best in your journey together!
