Finally getting around to publishing this AMAZING wedding. I have been wanting to share it for so long and am excited to be able to show you what great fun it was. First of all, I have to say that Ashley and Brian are two of THEE coolest cat’s I have ever met. They aren’t actually cats- rather fairly normal humans…. but some of my favorites at that! I know that I have made great new friends in this couple and love the way that they compliment eachother. They both have such a fun, spontaneous, laid-back vibe about them and it is just contagious. They have such a great story that goes something like this- they cross paths for years and never meet- they finally meet- they fall in love- they get married. Just like that, it’s really that simple to them. “I knew that I wanted to spend the rest of my life with Ashley, so why would we wait?” Brian told me when I asked about the proposal that came only a few short months later. Ashley says she knew Brian was the one after a couple of weeks of knowing him.

So what more would you expect but the PERFECT wedding for such a PERFECT couple of love birds? They got married at Brian’s family’s private residence in the foothills where their guests hiked up to the top of a hill in their own beautiful backyard. Once atop the hill, their closest family and friends enclosed in to witness the coming together of this couple and family with bright blue skies and a breeze that added just the right amount of emotion and drama! I felt so blessed to be a part of this with them and they have been so welcoming that I felt as if I knew them as well as the rest of the guests at the wedding. During the heartfelt, personal and humorous ceremony given by Brian’s brother he prompted the guests to give a fist pump in support of Ashley and Brian. Then everyone barreled back down the hill to eat a wonderful gourmet meal, followed by what I must say has got to be one of the best parties I have ever seen. The live music was rockin’ everything from Lady Gaga to Hall and Oates. Later into the evening after everyone danced up another appetite, Ahsley and Brian arranged for a hotdog cart to come up and feed everyone a midnight snack! They really did think of everyhing- and major props to Brandi and her girls at Soiree weddings and events for helping with the design concepts and bringing this couple’s personality into every detail. Enjoy.
